Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days please allow Velvis boutique to contact you once item are received.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

Return shipping will be paid by the customer.

 Velvis Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages you must contact the United state postal service of your local.

 The customer will receive tracking information via email, please register your email so you can be updated on your packages.
